This developer project for a 20 unit apartment block was new ground-up construction. We provided shell and core design, and construction phase assistance to the ownership. Adjustments were needed from the designs of a previous architect in repositioning the project to current market conditions.
Every unit is unique, in a complicated “L” shaped building with two separate frontages on perpendicular streets. The highly customized floorplans and high pro-forma expectations of market sale prices for the condominiums required more design-forward thinking about the tone of the project overall.
