I've lived in Tokyo, Israel, Paris, New York, and LA, but give me San Francisco any day. On a voyage through life, striving to approach every day with no expectations, and life with hope, not fear.
Arnel is a proud Bay Area resident, with a B. Arch. from California College of the Arts. He has experience in residential, commercial, retail, and government & laboratory projects. Permitting process and relationships with city departments throughout the Bay Area are some strengths, significant in the business of architecture.
He loves outdoors hiking, running, biking, gardening or just content sitting at an outdoor café and people watching.
Favorite numbers: 5 & 8 (5 because it’s always the first number that comes in his mind, and 8 because it’s the infinity symbol). Most admired architects/ designers: Gaudi, Kahn, the Eames, F.L. Wright & Calatrava.
Favorite “colors” are black, white, grey; I am in denial they are not colors.
I find juxtaposition very intriguing. Favorite number is 8. I dream big. I do

Award Winning projects (new construction and TI) locally and internationally
ranging up to 2,500,000sf.
AIA, LEED AP. Nilpa is a licensed Architect with extensive project experience, from systems-intensive healing environments to custom living settings. She naturally gravitates to design-driven and sculptural aspects of architecture, but also continues to build on 15 years of technical and project management skills. She works fluidly in multiple roles, dealing with complexity, and communicating clearly with clients. Nilpa holds a B.Arch degree from Cal Poly, SLO with a year spent studying in Florence, Italy.

Carly’s design approach is form follows function. She believes fluidity within a space is created through the marriage of intelligent structural and interior design and that successful design is meeting and exceeding a client’s expectations.
B.A, UCLA and M.A. candidate, UC Berkeley; Carly has experience in healthcare and commercial design.
Sometimes I feel like I cannot escape design- always noticing patterns, colors, textures, and geometry in the world. Personally, it’s one of the things I like most about myself. Well that, and finding the comic relief in most situations.
Joseph I. Larrea
Designer, artist, and problem solver. Work in San Francisco California, Boise Idaho, and Salt Lake City Utah.
The majority of projects he has been involved in are single-family residences, multi-housing projects, and commercial retail spaces. Works well with others. Built houses for 5 years. Masters in Architecture, and currently taking the A.R.E.
